As a Strength and conditioning coach I have the option to specialize in a particular sport, a type of performance or a specific training type.

I am a certified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer and hold a number of specific qualifications including TRX Trainer, Kettle Bells, Boxercise, Indoor cycling.
